Shipping policy
At Lilian & Vance™ we understand how important it is to receive your order quickly and safely! We always strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. All of our products are shipped to you via a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on all orders. No code necessary; free shipping will be applied at checkout. Below you will find information about our shipping and delivery process.
Delivery
Once an order is placed, it takes 1-3 business days to process and dispatch from our international warehouse. Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email and you can expect to receive your order within 4-10 business days. We always strive to make the order and delivery process as easy as possible for you.
While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as shipping carrier delays, customer clearance, or severe weather conditions. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to our dedicated support team for assistance.
Please note that the recipient is responsible for any customs fees and taxes that may apply to international orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can monitor the status of your order using this tracking link in your shipment notification email or by using our tracking page. This code is not active immediately because it has to go through several systems first. If the tracking link from the carrier doesn’t show any activity or movement for over 5 business days, please reach out to Customer Service for further investigation.
Damaged goods
In case your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please reach out to
support@lilianandvance.com within 14 days and include photos of the damage so we can help you out further.
Return
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. Please refer to our Returns Policy for detailed instructions on how to initiate a return.
